Common questions
- What counts as an app?
- One Base44 export you publish on BaseHost. Each app gets its own address, database and users, and each has its own subscription. Republishing a new export of the same app doesn't cost extra.
- Is there a free plan?
- Every new app runs free for 7 days, so you can check that everything works. To keep it online after that, start its subscription.
- Is a custom domain extra?
- No. Connecting your own domain, like www.yourbusiness.com, is included. You buy the domain from any registrar and we walk you through pointing it at your app.
- Are there usage limits?
- The plan is meant for small and medium apps and includes generous fair-use limits on traffic, storage and database size. If an app grows far beyond that, we email you first. We never add surprise charges.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, anytime. Your app stays online until the end of the month you paid for. After that it goes offline and we keep its data for 30 days in case you change your mind.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. If BaseHost isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get your money back in full. See the refund policy.
- Who bills me?
- Subscriptions are sold and billed by Tappius Mobile LLC, our billing partner, with payments processed by Stripe. Your card statement will show Tappius. Prices are in US dollars. Tappius Mobile LLC calculates and collects any VAT, GST or sales tax due where you live and adds it at checkout.
